The Story
Charles decides to spend the night at a welcoming bed & breakfast house in the countryside hostel on Parkday Rd. 16, because of the terrible storm raging outside. The host, John, explains that there has been quite some time since someone visited his house, and it’s always nice with company. Despite the fact that the host is quite odd and the house seems to have a life of it’s own, he decides to stay the night.

I thought the movie was an interesting variation on a very traditional concept. Sure, there were not too many camera movements which marks it as still being an amateur movie, and perhaps the scripta could use some editing and reviews – but the inspiration of the movie was great! Sound could also use an upswing… BUT
There were excellent angles, lighting and ideas, the stuff of a good director. I especially like the small hints, flashes… Such as the eyes in the flash or the sudden headache in the harbor. I think the making of great movies is just around the corner, if there are some smaller additions of script and sound!!!

Loved the music. Loved the atmosphere. Loved that you “used what you had”. Loved the subtle use of fx. The only thing I can remark on is that I would have tried to cut it down to say half it’s current length.

This movie is one of the best tha the hawk has produced. I would say that beacuse i have followed this production team from the start and this is really something special. It’s by far the best i love the thrilling moments the music is perfect and triggers a chill going through my body. 4 tumbs up eventhough i only have two?
