The trailer shot for the FXhome and TubeTape trailer competition. Originally, our goal was to actually shoot an entire film and edit that together for distribution later, but time constraints and several other factors led to the film only being shot as a trailer, for now.

The film stars, was written and co-directed by Nils Croné and Katja Ravén, with postproduction mainly at Redhawk Productions.

The name of the film, Gud har en plan för Dig, roughly translates to “God has a plan for You”. It stems from a sign we saw close to the deserted village we shot the film in close to Lund in Sweden.

We still plan to actually shoot a longer short film sometime during 2011 and release it closer to Halloween of next year, so this is more or less a concept trailer more than anything else.

The trailer was shot on the Canon 7D and the 24-70/2.8, a 24/1.4 and 85/1.8 lenses, and it was the first fictional project I shot using the new HDSLRs.
