So, after a pretty intense shoot we’re set to wrap production on our new film Harry Spexter later today. Everything is packed and ready for this day’s 3-scene shoot which will also see the return of some familiar faces from other films I’ve made earlier. Last week has, as always, been packed to the brim for me to be able to post anything here. I’ve been hearing good things about the website redesign, and while we still have a couple of things to finish and fine-tune, the site works as it’s supposed to now.
Longing for christmas vacation now, feels like if I’ve been working on projects since this spring and it’s been taking up a lot of free time. Will be nice to go back to the way things were, and also be able to focus more on school, family and friends. I recently also applied for studying some math in Lund next term – it’s not a full-time course, as that would interfer with my film school, but it nevertheless will be fun to focus a bit more on classic school subjects – especially as I found math to be quite fun in high school. Let’s just hope I can remember something ^^
During the weekend I’ll be staying at home mostly working on the editing and VFX of Harry Spexter – hopefully I’ll be able to complete most of the required shots before moving into audio and music work during the next week (as well as grading). It’s a tight schedule, but it’ll hold! Actually planning to go to a christmas party in early December – flying over to the UK and visiting my good old friends at FXhome the week before the film premieres so that will be a nice change of pace. Can’t wait to go there!
Stay tuned during the weekend as I’ll have more and more images from our new film (which has crazy amounts of VFX in it).
Take care everyone, and I’ll talk to you more soon!
