That’s a wrap! x2
Nils Croné | 29 November, 2008 | 10:11 amBeen some time since I wrote here. Partly there’s been loads of things to do at school, and partly because I haven’t really had anything to say until now.
Well, I have finally wrapped production on Campsite! It’s been a long time coming now, and it’s good to finally get to move into proper post-production. We shot the final scenes last Saturday, and I should have some cool behind-the-scenes photos by Fredrik for you quite soon. Oh, and you might see some pictures from the final film early December…stay tuned for that
Also wrapped production, as well as finished the school film Spex and the City I’ve been working on. It’s been a really fun project, and it seemed as if a lot of people liked it during the pre-showing at school yesterday. It officially premieres on December 4th with the S:t Petri Spex at the Ibis Hotel here in Malmö. I’m pretty sure I won’t be able to upload anything to show you though - but I’ve created a page for the film which outlines the story as well as a few background facts with the production. While not as time-consuming as, say, Zombie Exterminator - I’m really glad with how the film turned out. So if you’re near Malmö on Thursday or Friday, go see it (although you need to get tickets for it - details on the film’s page).
Going out today to film some more stuff, actually a music video I’ve been hired to make. Should be a lot of fun, and I should be busy working almost the entire day.
In gaming news, I bought and finished Gears of War 2, which was extremely awesome. Currently playing through the co-op campaign on the hardest difficulty with a friend of mine, which is loads of fun. But even better, I bought Rock Band 2, which was released without warning here in Sweden. My friend Erik told me about it at school, so I just went to pick it up the day after. It’s pretty much Rock Band 1, but with some improvements and a really big (over 80 songs) setlist.
Can’t wait for christmas vacation, just under 3 weeks to go!
Until next time, take care!
