Every day when I check out the comments waiting for moderation (the ones with several URL’s in them) I have to delete 7-10, that only says stuff like “FREE WAREZ” and whatnot. Anyway to fix this? They should be deleted automatically.

Well, I’m going to travel to New York in late October, and I figured it would be kinda cool to film some kind of video diarie and put it up here (like one every day, probably uploaded after I get home though). Will probably do it in Swedish with English subtitles. Expect everything from sightseeing to airplane travelling to be featured! Will film it in HD and it will probably be available in 720p here when it’s done. Added this to a new category, which you can add to your RSS reader for all the latest news concerning this. The video diaries will probably be available here around the middle of November, so it’s still quite some time left…gotta watch a movie now though, laters!

I’ve been contacting various film schools around the world…want to go to a good one when I finish high school (probably some time in 2009) and I’ve got down to one school which seems really, really good:

The New York Film Academy in London, UK

Despite having a laughable name, the school seems really cool and I’ll do everything to get in there. They shoot all their film on 16mm and edit it in Final Cut Pro (they said that they were going to start shooting on 2K soon though, which is slightly higher than 1080P HD)…well, wish me luck. More info will of course be coming!

Hey, just escaped from town (today is the last day of the carneval that has been in Malmo for the past 7 days and there’s going to be a big finale with firecrackers and whatnot) and I’m writing this from the country. Managed to find a wireless internet here, which I’ll use for now. Will contact the owner of it tomorrow so I can pau him to use it. Don’t want to exploit our fellow neighburs of course.

Visited FXhome.com and noticed they’ve just put up a small article about what has been going on in the community for the last couple of months and they mentioned the fact that I recently became a superuser on their website for submitting a big amount of great effects and helping out in the community. A small excerpt from the text (written by Simon Jones):

Anyway, gotta get back to enjoy the countryside life now, I’m going to watch a movie or two this evening…probably “16 blocks” and “Unbreakable”. I havn’t seen either and it should be a lot of fun. Still working on the script for Showdown which I’m altering some of the characters in…oops, I said too much there!

Well, school started this monday and I was shocked to see that we had 5 times the amount of math as we had at my last school. Well, yesterday and today I was quite relieved to see that it wasn’t hard at all, it was all really what we did last year. Which could prove to be very, very boring. That announcement is still coming, trying to get hold of Nils A at the moment to discuss how we should present it and stuff like that. Also worked on some stuff for FXhome in the weekend, a few new effects, some images and much more…

Just wanted to alert everyone to that there will be a major announcement concerning Showdown in a couple of days…no, it’s not cancelled, it’s still (almost) the same movie…so keep an eye out for that.

Been working on some other stuff with FXhome.com, so hopefully I can update you on that as well soon. Been trying to figure out what movie I should write a review on, I havn’t really seen any new and good movies recently (except from last week’s Miami Vice…but whatever) so I’ll maybe write a review around a older movie which didn’t get very much attention when it was released. Oh, watched the Quentin Tarantino episodes of CSI today and they are really, really good. Watch them if you get a chance to.
